Wrong address, postal reject returns
If parcel was returned to us due to incomplete, wrong address you supplied. Or parcel was rejected by you due to unpaid customs charges. Refund will be issued if liable* just for item price, no shipping cost will be refunded. If free shipping was used at time of purchase shipping cost will be deducted from price of an item. (*if item is not customised eg. embossed initials or falls under no refunds category)
